For body text, hard to beat the classics: Georgia or Garamond if you want serif (great for print and long reading), or Calibri, Helvetica, or Lato for a cleaner sans-serif look. Keep body around 11-12pt with good line spacing. A common trick is pairing a serif for headings with a sans for body (or vice versa) for contrast. Just stay consistent and avoid anything decorative, readability wins in professional reports.
