That’s a solid framing for the section, especially for people who are just starting to build out their stack and don’t yet know what actually matters versus what’s just “nice to have.”
In practice, I think the most useful discussions in spaces like this tend to come from real workflow breakdowns rather than generic tool lists. Two businesses can use the same software and get completely different results depending on how their processes are structured around it.
It would also be interesting to see more comparisons based on use cases (e.g. solo operators vs small teams vs scaling businesses), because the “best tool” often changes depending on that context. A lot of inefficiency usually comes from using overly complex platforms too early, or stitching together too many disconnected tools without a clear system behind them.
