In my experience, it’s such hard task to find people to help. There a so many services on here. But you really need to understand what you’re getting if you sign up to buy links. Sometimes this information about a link may be given to you or a sample link, sometimes no information is given about the link(s) you are buying. I think it’s important to build a relationship with someone who you can place some trust in. However, as the person buying links, you should to know the basic metrics on how a good backlink works like - domain authority, relevance of the link (is it in your niche), how much traffic does the site get, what is the text for the link (domain or target keyword), link placement, trustworthiness of the linking site to name a few. Feels like an uphill battle all the time!
