I’ve been seeing Alibaba a lot and I’m curious if anyone has tried sourcing products from there already? Is it a safe platform for purchasing wholesale products if I wanted to start an online shop?

Yes, for the most part. Just make sure the vendors have a good reputation.

Yes, just make sure the seller is a verified seller and has a lot of positive recent reviews.

Yes, but these days there are more sellers and sites with warehouses in markets like the USA where you can still get a good deal but do not have the customs concerns since all products are already in country.
