After the Challenger shuttle disaster NASA needed help changing the focus from the loss of life to the determination of the problem and the solution.
This was when the O-ring narrative was helpful to change the conversation and the appropriate time, and restore confidence in space flight.
Just kidding, I had nothing to do with that.
The most difficult is often not based on technical issues, or even service or product delivery. Instead it is dealing with a negative customer and knowing when and how to stop that work. Remember to believe in yourself and value your time. When you do that properly others will respect you and value your time as well.
