How Are You Guys Using AI to Scale Your Freelance or Agency Business?

Hey folks,

I want to know how you are using it in your freelance or agency workflow. I have been dabbling with ChatGPT for writing tasks and tried a couple of image generation tools too but I feel such as I am barely scratching the surface.

Some people say Gen Ai, tools are game-changers for scaling content production or automating repetitive stuff But I want to hear from real people doing real things — what is helping you save time, get more clients or deliver better services?

Also, are there any tools that looked good at first but turned out to be more hype than help?

Thank you.

I’ve been using AI in my agency for things like researching topic ideas, drafting first versions of proposals, and summarizing client status updates. It’s also handy for cleaning up messy meeting transcripts into clear notes, and even turning those notes into action lists we can share with the team (a real blessing, this one). Sometimes we use it to draft email templates that we later customize for different clients. This works great and speeds up follow-ups. I won’t even get started on image generation. All in all, it saves hours each week, and I honestly think I couldn’t do it without AI at this point. Okay, maybe I just got spoiled, but it really is super helpful.

From what I’ve been reading, AI is being worked into all kinds of industries in some pretty creative ways. Recently, I saw this about AI in retail, how robots are delivering goods on sidewalks, getting around traffic, and cutting costs. Stores are using AI-powered cameras and sensors to track inventory, spotting empty shelves or popular products in real time. Some shops are even using drones or self-driving bots to bring items directly to customers’ doors. There are systems now that predict which products will sell fast, helping outfits avoid running out or overstocking. One brand even rolled out smart tech to help staff find sizes and colors instantly.

Healthcare is another area where AI is making a big difference, and I look forward to seeing more developments there. Clinics are starting to use it to help with appointment scheduling and sending reminders, and it’s also helping manage patient records faster. Chasing paperwork takes too much time, and many hospitals are understaffed, so I think this is really awesome. In drug development and patient monitoring, there has also been progress with AI tools that can analyze large amounts of data to spot patterns, predict potential side effects earlier, and keep track of patient health in real time between visits.

I got too chatty, sorry, I’m just really interested in the topic.
